Child Policy
• Children of all ages are welcome.
• 0-2 yrs of age: Free of charge if sharing room with two full paying adults
• 2-12 yrs of age: Applicable child rate as quoted above, sharing with two full paying adults
• 12yrs and above: Adult rate applicable
Payment/Cancellation Policy
• Full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival
• In the event of a cancellation 0-14 days prior to arrival OR a “no-show”, 100% of the accommodation booked will be charged
• In the event of a cancellation 15-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the accommodation booked will be charged
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
