• Conservation levy charge R55 p.p. per night

Reservation Procedures
• All final reservations should be made through our head office in Johannesburg or through the European sales office
• Reservations will be held as a provisional booking for a maximum of 7 days or until a 50% deposit has been received. The deposit should be made no less then eight weeks prior to the arrival date. A written confirmation will be sent once deposit has been received.
• Balance of payment must be made 21 days prior to arrival.
• If bookings are made at short notice (less than 21 days prior to arrival) a 100% deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Once reservations have been confirmed a guest information sheet will be forwarded to you for completion, this information sheet assists us in giving guests an entirely new game lodge experience with unequalled personal service. The information is for internal use only and is confidential.

Child Policy
Children of the age of 12 and above are allowed and pay the full rate.
Children below the age of 12 are on request. If allowed, the accommodation would be in Letlapala and private game drives are required (R500 per game drive). Except if they are part of a group that has booked the whole camp.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made before 40 days of scheduled arrival will be 100% of deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations within 40 days prior to arrival, the following cancellation fee’s apply:
40 – 21 days prior to scheduled arrival: 50% of the reservation value
20 – 8 days prior to scheduled arrival: 75% of the reservation value
7 – 0 days prior to scheduled arrival: 100% of the reservation value
