Re-creating the essence of the African bush, we serve traditional food with secret recipes and spices passed on from generation to generation from long departed ancestors of local descent. This ensures a culinary experience that will remain etched in your memory.
To stay in tune with the nature and its surroundings our food is prepared using quality products purchased from the local community. Combining the local influences with those of Europe, we capture a fusion of African and Western cuisine.
At Wildside we maintain the traditional family gatherings by serving food in the open air of the African bush or by packing scrumptious picnics so that you can truly mingle with the vastness of our beautiful surrounds.
